Nissan c2i GT-R Carbon Widebody Race Car


Carcoutre is proud the announce the sourcing of the famous 2011 WTAC Nissan R35 Carbon Wide Unibody Time Attack car from GT Auto Garage in Australia. It will be tuned and maintained by Carcouture for our partner c2i. The car is currently being prepared for transport but will soon circle the Slovakiaring. Prior to that we adjust the ecu to domestic fuel and will detune from the 1000ps setup to a very mild 680ps for a start. Future plas are to further weight reduce the chassis and improve aerodynamics. A race ready car of 1000kg with even more extreme modifications to chassis is realistic.

The car was prepared by HKS main dealer GT-Auto Garage in Australia, where it competed in the World Time Attack Challange 2011 and finished as 4th best Australian Team. The car is running around 1000ps with more than 1100nm torque. Due to the extensive chassis preparation and special braces and brackets, this GT-R is the worlds lightest GT-R35 we currently know of. Curb weight is 1450kg with a wind tunnel tested and developed full carbonfibre wide unibody conversion.

After arrival at Carcouture, we plan a remap to adapt to domestic gas quality, detune power as the new driver needs to get used to this ultra-high perforance 4-wheel drive race car, and develop and improce flow dynamics in the cooler area. We also want to upgrade to 19" central lock racing wheels and slicks.


The base car was a direct import from Japan, it is Nissan´s official chassis no.16
